My Weblog: The Gospel Preacher.

In Luke 4:43, it is written, " 43 And he said unto them, I must apreach the kingdom of God to other cities also: for therefore am I sent. "  Jesus is the truth, for example, for in John 14:6, it is written, " 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am athe way, bthe truth, and cthe life: dno man cometh unto the Father, ebut by me " ( Emphasis mine, R.E.W. ).  Moreover, in Acts 15:7, it is written, " 7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, aMen and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe. "  Again, in Ephesians 1:13, it is written, " 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard athe word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, bye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise. "  This means that the truth is the gospel message and, since Jesus is the truth, He is the gospel message.  Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us ( see John 1:1, 14, for example ), which means that the gospel message became flesh and dwelt among us.  Human beings in the first century A.D. witnessed the gospel message in the flesh.  There is, therefore, no excuse for not knowing what it means to live as a Christian.  Being a Christian means to follow Christ ( see Matthew 4:19, for example ).  The disciples of Christ were called Christians first in Antioch.  In James 3:1, it is written, "3 My brethren, abe1 not many 2masters, bknowing that we shall receive the 3greater condemnation. "  James, the half-brother of Jesus, used the word " we, " here, which means that he was a master or teacher of God's word.  Those of us men, who are full-time evangelists ( see 1 Timothy 2:11, 12, and 2 Timothy 4:1-5, for example ), for example, will receive a stricter judgment from Jesus on judgment day ( see also 2 Corinthians 5:10 and Hebrews 9:27, for example ).  All of us, who are Christians, are commanded by God to imitate Christ ( see 1 Corinthians 11:1, for example ).

The town of Capernaum is clearly indicated on the map to the left.  Jesus was rejected at Nazareth ( see Matthew 13:54-58, for example ).  Later, he fed about five thousand men, beside women and children ( see Matthew 14:21, for example, and please begin reading at verse thirteen, to get the immediate context ).  This supernatural miracle, of feeding approximately five thousand people with five barley loaves and two small fishes ( see John 6:9, for example ), was performed by Jesus ( see John 6:10, 11, for example ) at Beth-sa´-i-da ( see Luke 9:10, for example ).  According to the distance scale on the map to the left, Beth-sa´-i-da was approximately five miles from Capernaum.  After this event, the multitude wanted to come and take Jesus by force to make Him a king ( see John 6:15, for example ).  Jesus did not allow this to happen but, rather, He departed.  Jesus said that His kingdom is not of this world ( see John 18:36, for example ), which is why He refused to be made an earthly king.  Jesus, the divine Evangelist, avoided an earthly kingdom.  The Bible clearly teaches that a full-time evangelist is NOT a lawyer, politician, or religious/political leader.  The President of the United States, for example, is NOT a full-time evangelist.  As Christians, what we can do is pray ( see Luke 18:1-8, for example ) that president Joseph R. Biden, Jr. and former president Donald J. Trump, for example, study the Bible and obey the gospel message ( see John 3:16, 17, and 36, for example ) before it is everlastingly too late for them ( see 2 Thessalonians 1:7-10, for example ), and then and only then will they begin to love life and see good days ( see 1 Peter 3:10-12, for example ).  Lately, the lives of these two men have been nightmares of stress and anxiety, for example.  Please seek ye out of the book of the LORD, and read ( see Isaiah 34:16, for example ).  NOTE: The picture, located at the upper, left corner of this paragraph, was downloaded from the " google.com " web page.1 🕮
