I Will Heal Their Apostasy.

In Hosea 3:4, 5, it is written ( please read this entire chapter to get the immediate context ), " 4 For the children of Israel z shall dwell many days a without king or prince, b without sacrifice or c pillar, without d ephod or e household gods.  5 Afterward f the children of Israel shall return and g seek the LORD their God, and h David their king, i and they shall come in fear to the LORD and to his goodness in the j latter days. "  The children of Israel were unfaithful to God, and their unfaithfulness was equated with whoredom.  In Hosea 1:2, it is written, " 2 When the LORD first spoke through Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea, c ' Go, take to yourself a wife of whoredom and have d children of whoredom, for e the land commits great whoredom by forsaking the LORD. '"

As Christians, we must be careful not to forsake the LORD, for in 1 Chronicles 28:9, it is written ( please read all of this chapter to get the immediate context ), " 9 ' And you, Solomon my son, know the God of your father and serve him with a y whole heart and with a willing mind, z for the LORD searches all hearts and understands every plan and thought.  a If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will cast you off forever. "  King David warned his son Solomon that if he forsook God, then God would cast him off forever.  As kings and priests unto God ( see Revelation 1:6, for example; KJV, for example ), we must be faithful to the great King ( see Psalm 48:1, 2 and Matthew 5:33-37 ( especially verse 35, for example ), for example ) — God.  It is possible to apostatize to the point where it is impossible to be restored again to repentance, for in Hebrews 6:4-8, it is written, " 4 For it is impossible, in the case of those q who have once been enlightened, who have tasted r the heavenly gift, and s have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5 and t have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 and u then have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since v they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt.  7 For w land that has drunk the rain that often falls on it, and produces a crop useful to those for whose sake it is cultivated, receives a blessing from God.  8 But x if it bears thorns and thistles, it is worthless and near to being cursed, y and its end is to be burned. "

Moroever, in 1 Corinthians 10:13, it is written ( please read this entire chapter to get the immediate context ), " 13 No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man.  w God is faithful, and x he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. "  God does not want us to face more spiritual warfare than we can handle at a given point in time, that is, He will not let us to be tempted beyond our ability to endure it.  If we know what the Bible teaches, then we will know the way of escape from the temptations that we face.  God will not overburden us, because He does not want us to forsake Him, that is, to apostatize, and return to a life of sin.

The Master in heaven ( see also Matthew, chapter 18 ( especially verse 35, for example ), for example ) wants to forgive our unfaithfulness.  It is written of Him, " I will heal their apostasy. "  Please study the Holy Bible.
